Mostly fixes and structural work, preparing to build for Android and also attempt some sort of co-op. Added some easy stuff to keep it fresh.

features:
-an indicator now points out the last few enemies of a wave so no more swimming around in the dark :)
-boost has a particle effect for nyoom purposes

fixes:
-mouse aiming was weird near walls when the shark wasn't centred

changes:
-enemies no longer clip
-FX -> SFX
